I am rejecting Elon Musk's criticism that I am “too partisan,” I am “game” for an interview with Elon Musk.

Synonyms for Autocracy:

Tyranny:

A government in which one person holds power, using it cruelly and oppressively. 

Dictatorship:

A form of government in which a single person or small group holds absolute power, often gained by force. 

Fascism:

A political ideology and form of government characterized by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition, and strong nationalism. 

Despotism:

A form of government in which the ruler exercises absolute power, often arbitrarily and oppressively. 

Authoritarianism:

A system of government in which the power is concentrated in a single person or group, with limited or no political freedom. 

Totalitarianism:

A system of government that is centralized and dictatorial and requires complete subservience to the state 

Monocracy:

A system of government in which the power is concentrated in a single person

I have not been able to fullly research just what is being said by both Democrats and Republicans in Congress.  I can't get into the details of the discussions of what I suspect is a very structured plan to cripple the government and establish an autocracy.

I will try to write about more details that I can back up with facts.  But, unlike my government, I feel it is irresponsible to spew alleged facts with proof that rises to the level of evidence.

I have questions and my opinions of a couple issue.

Trump and Musk are trying their best to prove that it is the beneficiaries of the Social Security payouts that are the problem in "waste and fraud" and the fact that social security system is running out of money.

This is a question and not an answer.  If social security is increasing the government deficit, if we are being told that the government is funding social security and it is a weight on the taxpayers this is not what I have been told by my government for a lifetime.

It is my belief that every employee in America that earned a paycheck has automatically paid into the  Social Security Trust (maybe trust is not a correct term) every week, month and year of his or her lifetime of work.  This payment probably started at an average of 20 years old, and I am guessing.

The first payment went into the trust as much as 45 years before this employee's retirement.  It was earning interest from day one and therefore it was earning interest in this account for half of a century and building the amount of money in the trust.  For the second payment the same was true.  And so on for a lifetime.

The money in the trust is not being paid by the taxpayers in whole.  The employee has paid for his retirement.  

I am astonished that today's Republican public service keeps repeating Trump and Musk's mantra that waste and fraud are causing a crisis in the balance of the Social Security Trust.  That seems impossible.

I have read and heard for decades that the U.S. government has consistently borrowed from the Social Security "Trust" to pay off the United States deficit with the promise it would pay it back with interest.

The deficit has not been paid off, it rises.  The government has used the money and not paid it back.

Is that not the reason for the "Trust" appearing to be losing money?

That still does not explain why Republican members of Congress have nearly in total, repeated the extraordiarily ludicrous mantra of Trump&Musk of firing nearly one million American Agencies employees.  I only see that there is only money and power as the goal.

Elon Musk recieved enormous of government "handouts" to build his Tesla fortune which is the soft wealth with is the matrix of measurement of him as the Richest Man In The World.

Trump&Musk have taken away a Verizon contract which it won for government work, and which the satelite company owning the Starlinks satelite company all owned by Musk lost.  I understand that now there are ongoing plans to give these contracts, without bid, to Musk and his businesses. 

Allegedly, ( I believe it is not alleged ) Musk is trying to tie in his Space Links Computers without contract or evaluation and to embed them into the Federal Aviation Administration Air Traffic Control computers.

Musk has not been elected.  His actions are not secret.

I hear so many people currently asking why do the Republic believe these lies.  Blindly block for Trump&Musk with what appears to be twisted innocence.

I have never seen such bizzare behavior.

Except when money or extortion are involved.   I don't believe it possible that between Musk money and the control of all of the Social Security money, that there is not enough total money to make average men and women look so obviously away while narcissist and psychopaths destroy their country.  Are they bribed?  I believe it hard to believe that anyone does not believe it.

Everyone has a price.  These guys have enough money, if they steal it from us, to reach a lot of folk's price.

Yeah.  I believe bribes are littering the United States of America to absurd levels.

I could be wrong.  Please enlighten me with "concrete and particularized" evidence.

 To Give You Another Perspective, Here Is My Personal Experience That Shaped My Views On The Matter

You still hear this from comedians.  But, it is getting too far back in time, most people aren't old enough to relate to it.  I do not know if that is a good thing, or not.

This story has left emotional scars on millions, but soon, there won't be many people that would know what you were talking about if you tried to tell them the story.

The comedians talk about the classroom films that little kids had to watch in their grade school after the end of World War II and the start of the "Cold War" with its constant threat of a nuclear bomb attack anywhere at any time.  

I would have understood that this might be a real threat if I had realized that I only lived about ten miles as the crow flies from Knob Noster, MO and Whiteman Air Force Base originally a home base for the large B-52 bomber when it was first introduced to the US Airforce in 1958.  But, I was in the first grade I just knew I lived on Main Street.

I was one of those kids who was shown a video concerning what I was to do in the event of a nuclear explosion in the area around my school and the entire area was incinerated.  

We were to get under our desks and wrap our arms around our heads.  At that time no one told us that we would never have time to follow these instructions.  The true madness of these lessons that bad grownups thought we little kids should learn in these films is best demonstrated by the fact that all school desks of that time were made of wood.

Since 2012 I have not heard a single Congressperson say one word about the economic mess we have been in all of this time. Except Gregory Meeks who was wonderful in this video.  But, I don't know what he has done since to continue speaking out.  I see him often on TV now, so he is gaining power, but that, of course, could be bad.

 

Elizabeth Warren almost single handedly put together the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau.  She only put up a whisper, when in 2016  Trump 1.0  sent his soulless little minion, Mick Mulvaney, to take  the CFPB offline and told its employees to stop doing anything.

I don't believe there was any $50 Billion given back to consumers who were cheated.  I read as much as anyone, if the CFPB really got that much back from bad guys they would have put it into the Treasury which is what Obama set up long ago concerning Fannie and Freddie.  That is still happening.  The money never goes to the Borrowers who were harmed.  If you have proof I am wrong about this, please let me know at mtgfrd.info@gmail.com, I would love to know it.

 Starting today, I am going to stop a bad habit I have developed.  I help borrowers who are being foreclosed by someone who they do not owe money to.  Yet when I found that half of the people in our country believe that Donald J Trump is Real and that I was hearing that same mantra from people I think have no sense at all and from family and friends that I know are very smart.  There is nothing I can say to anyone.  Arguing with a friend about that is beyond my cognitive skill set.

 

Over the last year I felt that maybe this would all blow over.  Instead it has blown up.  

This whole thing reminds me of the Steve Martin movie the Jerk.  Every moment makes less sense than the one before.  I am going to say whatever I want.  So, (SPOILER ALERT) if you voted for Trump and the "Clown Car" dangerous pathological liars which he has chosen for his cabinet and the Republicans have approved 100%.....and you are still glad you did. If you want my help, don't tell me.  

I don't like any of them.  I am not a Republican and I am not a Democrat.  I am more independent than an Independent.

I am anti-greed and corruption.  I am wildly angry that my government and my judiciary facilitated an estimated 30 million wrongful foreclosures against myself and my fellow citizens.

I am not going to change the introduction below.  I don't know if Gregory Meeks is still this guy.  But, at the time I believed it was the greatest take down of a prominent Racketeer possible.  I hope I don't find that he has come under the cult spell.  That will be a great disappointment.

 "ASSIGNMENT OF YOUR MORTGAGE",

EVEN THOUGH IT HAS BEEN USED ILLEGALLY

I have reviewed hundreds, possibly thousands of home loan paperwork preceding a fraudulent foreclosure.   I have read about many more.  I have never seen any deal where the foreclosing party was not relying on an assignment of the security instrument.  

IN THE 26 STATES THAT USE NON-JUDICIAL FORECLOSURE THE  MORTGAGE IS CALLED A DEED OF TRUST.  THE WORD MORTGAGE IS RARELY SPOKEN IN THESE STATES.

In Judicial foreclosure states, the assignment of the security instrument involves what is called a mortgage.  A mortgage is not a home loan.  It is merely the rule book concerning the collateral you put up to ensure that the bank will be paid back.

A mortgage has no value and the assignment of a mortgage does NOT transfer your home loan from one party to another.  In the Non-Judicial States, the security instrument is called a Deed of Trust which serves the same purpose as a mortgage.  There is no such thing as "the assignment of a mortgage or a deed of trust.  The mortgage or deed of trust exists only as part of the loan agreement and it is incidental.  The security instrument is known as the incidental instrument (there are no laws that require collateral for a loan at all.)  

Your house is the usual collateral involving a home loan because that is where the loan money was spent.  But, collateral could also consist of one thousand Schwinn bicycles in a warehouse.  It is my strong personal belief that all (ALL) of the foreclosures in the United States from about the year 2000, or earlier, are based on the exact (EXACT) same lie.  What is that lie?
